Children’s Playground requires Unity Web Player to play in browser. Unity Web Player is free and popular browser extension that “enables you to view blazing 3D content created with Unity directly in your browser, and autoupdates as necessary”. You can download it directly from Unity Technologies website here. Please note that Unity Web Player is compatible with Windows and OS X platforms. Linux and mobile browsers are not supported.
Children’s Playground requires a graphics card that supports Shader Model 2.0 (anything sold after 2002 should support it). If you’re experiencing low framerates or in-game stuttering, we recommend you try lowering the graphics quality in the game’s Settings menu.
If you’re experiencing problems with the game, we recommend you try other browsers before contacting us. You can try Google Chrome, Firefox or Safari. Should you still experience issues after switching browsers, you can contact us for additionnal support through the contact page.
